Triumph After Trauma

Ep. 96: A Conversation About Re-Wiring The Brain

Kaitlin McAloney Episode 96

Welcome back to the podcast, friends!

If you're new here, I'm glad you found my show and we're now connected!

Just like biceps and hamstrings, the brain is a muscle that we can work or train. If you struggle with self-love/appreciation, to see the good in yourself or the world, or see yourself through someone else's eyes, it doesn't have to be this way forever.

When you're really struggling it can feel like you'll never get out of that rut, learn to like yourself, or feel better than you do in said moment. I get that, because I have felt the exact same way.

If you think/talk negatively about or actually hate yourself, those thinking patterns can be altered. If you're willing to make the effort and stay consistent with the habits, tools, and activities that have been proven to help people re-wire their brain, you can re-wire your own brain.

In today's episode friends, I share a few easy activities that you can do daily! They are easy, not time consuming, free, and truly beneficial to your health!
