Triumph After Trauma
Ep. 86: Hard Truths I Had To Truly Accept Before I Could Start Taking Care Of My Mental Health
Welcome back friends!
If you're new here, I'm glad you found my podcast and we're now connected!
Life comes with high highs and low lows. It also involves many beautiful realizations and incredibly hard truths. When I was at my rock bottom with anxiety and depression, there was a period of time as much as I truly wanted to get better, there was resistance stopping me from being able to.
That resistance was me not willing to accept certain hard truths about life, mental health, and how the world works. There are three specific lessons I had to learn and truly accept before I could do any real healing.
Tune in to today's episode to learn what those three hard truths/facts of life are friends, and why they're so important to learn if you want to truly better your mental health or work through trauma.
