Triumph After Trauma

Ep. 83: Talking About The Delicate Balance Between Grief And Gratitude

Kaitlin McAloney Episode 83

Welcome back to the podcast, friends!

If you're new here, I'm glad you found my podcast and we're now connected!

For the past month or so I have been feeling both gratitude and grief deeply. I believe as humans no matter how well life may be going, we are always grieving something on someone. I also believe that no matter how hard, scary, or impossible life may get, we can find things to be grateful if we look for them.  Since this is on my heart, I decided we're going to have a conversation about this today!

Get ready to hear a little bit about my story, and have a great chat about balancing the conflicting feelings that are grief and gratitude. Also, take a look below for some different resources/tips that might help you feel gratitude without feeling awkward or deeply feel your grief, and help you honour both feelings.
